Hi there, I’m Laura, photographer behind the Award winning Memory Maker Photography which is based in Basildon, Essex
In everyday life I am a Mummy to my two beautiful daughters Emilia and Francesca.
My passion is Newborn photography but I love to photograph any age and I have been told I have a ‘special touch’ when it comes to making ‘little people’ feel comfortable and bringing out their personalities. I enjoy capturing the connection between baby and their family with timeless shots that they will treasure for ever.

I met Laura this morning to capture some photos of our two boys in the woods where they love the most. I can’t recommend this lady enough, she was so natural and friendly with the boys. DBS checked and first aid trained (registed general nurse)
I am a registered nurse, fully first aid trained and fully CRB checked. This gives my customers piece of mind.
Professional training and safety
I have received training from some fantastic award winning photographers, including Tracey Willis. Safety comes first and it at the forefront of all work with newborns. I am trained ot handle your baby safely and to promote safety in the studio whilst putting new parents at ease.

I was estastic to win ‘Best Family Photographer’ in the Essex Mums awards for 2021 and amazing the following year too in 2022. My work has been published in Bump Baby and Beyond magazine, International Kids Magazine and Child couture magazine which were very proud moments in my photography career.
